About Us: The Groove Music Hall is part of the Dominion Raceway & Entertainment Complex located in Thornburg, VA.
This mid-sized music hall is located at exit 118 off I-95, one exit south of Fredericksburg, VA and just 35 minutes north of downtown Richmond, VA.
The Groove offers a wide variety of live performances including music of all genres, comedy, and many other types of shows/events. The Groove Music Hall is located on the first floor of the main building at Dominion Raceway.
Free onsite parking and ample handicap parking is available close to the entrance. Ticket office is located on the corner of the building, facing the parking lot, right beside our main entrance into our lobby.
The main room seats up to 500 people and can hold up to 600 people for a stand-up show.
The Groove is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems.
