- What is an Internet storefront?
- An Internet storefront, such as Ticketstobuy.com, is designed to sell products and/or services to Internet buyers on computers or mobile devices.
- Is the TicketsToBuy.com storefront secure from Internet hackers and credit card thieves?
- Yes. During your purchase, our storefront enters a secured and encrypted portion of our server once you begin checkout or if you enter or edit your account information. Godaddy Software issues our secure certificate which authenticates that our server is officially secure against security issues involving the passing or your credit card or personal information across the Internet.
- What is an Internet processing or convenience fee?
- An Internet processing fee is charged to cover the cost of processing your credit card during the transaction, the use of the secure server for your personal protection during checkout, and administrative expenses incurred by processing an order thru the storefront system. In some cases, a fee is required by the organization or jurisdiction promoting an event.
- Do you offer will-call pickup?
- We offer will-call pickup at most of the concert events we represent. Usually, will-call is offered within 7-10 of an event date. Will-call pickup is a delivery method of picking up tickets at the event on the day of the event. Will-call is usually located at the event's ticket gate, ticket booth or box office when offered.
- Do you offer any other method of ticket delivery such as mailing via U. S. Mail service?
- Yes. For a nominal fee, we offer the option of mailing your tickets and print at home e-tickets on most orders. These options will be made available during the checkout process. When available, we can also offer USPS priority mail and UPS shipping based on their respective fee schedules.
- If we choose to have our tickets mailed, how long can we expect before the tickets arrive?
- In most circumstances, we can process your ticket order, prepare the mailing documentation and mail out your order within 30 business days. In some cases related to non-delivery or address problems once the order is mailed, receipt of the tickets will be delayed. Sometimes a re-sending of tickets is necessary.
- What happens if I cannot print my tickets or I don't receive my tickets in time of the event?
- If for some unusual reason you cannot print your tickets or receive them in the mail, please contact the Ticketstobuy office (see contact information below) during normal business hours to get your tickets reissued. Otherwise, come to will-call on the day of the event to get your tickets reissued.
- Is our e-mail address sold to or used by any mass marketing service on the Internet?
- No. We always keep your personal information private to our files only. Only Seitz Technologies (management company for Ticketstobuy) and Ticketstobuy employees can access this information. The only use we will have with your e-mail address, besides contacting you, is to inform our customers of event updates. Your e-mail address is never cc'd (carbon copied) in any e-mail sent.
- What is the Ticketstobuy refund policy?
- Refund policies on event tickets are normally handed down from the event promoters, producers or venues. Most of all events have no refund, all sales are final ticket policies. In the event that a refund is issued, processing fees already charged are NEVER refunded in any case unless if ticket insurance is purchased, see below.
- What is ticket refund insurance?
- This is not "change of plans" insurance. Ticket refund insurance assures you a refund of ticket price and fees (minus the cost of insurance) in the case of an ENTIRE "cancellation or postponement" of an event. In the case of a postponement and a new reschedule date is established, the insurance assures you the choice of re-using your tickets for the new date or a refund. PARTIAL event refunds are never granted.
