Ticketed events are no refund, no exchange events. Ticket fees are never refunded. All outdoor events are RAIN OR SHINE events. In the event of an ENTIRE event cancellation, for any reason, and a refund is granted, only the price of the ticket will be refunded. Processing and delivery fees are never refunded. NOTE: Refunds are only in the case of an ENTIRE event cancellation or postponement. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Support and opening acts of an event are subject to change and do not separately qualify for a refund.
I understand that the name "TICKETSTOBUY or Dominion Raceway and Entertainment" (in full or abbreviation) will show up on my credit card statement.
In the event of a mistaken chargeback, I agree to pay a $30 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount. I understand that we have a LIMITED REFUND POLICY and that processing fees are NEVER refunded. Processing fees are charged based on ticket price.
In the case of an event "reschedule", a refund can be requested for approval based on the unavailable nature of attending the new date. In the case of a "concert day, will-call gate ticket pickup and/or print at home ticket" order, a refund will be given within 5-8 business days of the written online request or email. In the case of delivery of printed, mailed tickets, receipt of delivered tickets must be received in the Dominion Raceway or Ticketstobuy office prior to the refund issue date. Support and opening acts of an event are subject to change and do not separately qualify for a refund.
Shipping:
Print at home eTickets are the normal ticket delivery. When available to mail tickets, USPS 1st Class delivery of ticket orders can take up to 10-21 business days once the orders clear the system for shipping. Allow for that in placing your order(s).
